About EvoPoint
The operations centre for modern venues
EvoPoint replaces fragmented paper logs and informal WhatsApp groups with a single, unified incident command flow. We provide UK venues with the digital infrastructure required for modern operational excellence.
Our mission
We are dedicated to reducing time-to-resolve at UK venues. In critical environments, seconds matter. By streamlining communication and automating logging, we ensure teams can focus on the situation at hand rather than administrative overhead.
Our platform creates the immutable audit trails that insurers and local authorities expect. We bridge the gap between real-time action and post-event accountability, providing a robust framework for safety and compliance.
Why we built EvoPoint
For too long, the backbone of UK venue safety has relied on paper sign-in sheets and fragmented legacy tools. These systems fail when pressure is highest, creating information silos and significant risk during complex incidents.
We saw stadium managers struggling to reconcile conflicting reports from radio traffic and private chat groups. We saw safety officers spending hours post-event manually digitising handwritten logs for compliance reports. This inefficiency is not just a productivity drain; it is a safety risk.
EvoPoint was engineered to solve this. We took the technical precision of modern SaaS engineering and applied it to the high-stakes environment of venue operations. The result is a tool that is direct, reliable, and built for trusted operators.
Operational Principles
Tenant isolation is non-negotiable
Data security and privacy are baked into the core architecture. Every venue operates in a strictly isolated environment.
Audit trails are append-only
Every action is logged and immutable. No edits, no deletions. Only full post-event accountability and legal rigour.
Speed of response over features
We prioritise operational efficiency over unnecessary dashboard complexity. Every millisecond of latency is a barrier to safety.
British, by design
Tailored specifically for the UK regulatory landscape, including Purple Guide compliance and Home Office standards.
