Magic-link authentication
No forgotten passwords in the field. Staff and contractors receive secure, single-use login links via email. Sessions are protected by platform-level Keychain on iOS and Keystore on Android for persistent, encrypted credentials.
Deep-linked notifications
Powered by Firebase Cloud Messaging with in-app fallback. Tapping a notification takes the operator directly to the relevant incident or job ticket, bypassing menu navigation for maximum response speed.
Privacy & data governance
EvoPoint respects operational boundaries. Location and camera permissions are requested as “While In Use” only. We do not perform continuous background tracking. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and stored within our AWS London region.
