Priced for an event season

Subscription plans are billed in advance on the cycle you pick at checkout, and a one-off event pass is a single charge that covers a fixed number of days. Prices are shown without VAT, and none is added at checkout, so any tax due where you are is yours to account for. Everything is managed from the billing screen inside your workspace, through Stripe.

GBP, USD and EUR. The currency is fixed at your first checkout and stays with the subscription, so a later plan change keeps billing you in the same one.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is invoiced there and then. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of the current period and carries no mid-cycle credit, and we will tell you up front if your current usage is above what the smaller plan allows.

All three are add-ons you buy and remove from the billing screen without changing plan, and adding capacity is invoiced straight away for the rest of the current period. You are billed for the capacity you add, whether or not every seat is filled. Reducing capacity is credited as a proration against your next invoice rather than refunded in cash.

Controllers are control-room seats on the web. Responders are mobile seats for staff and contractors, who share one allowance.

Where a plan offers one, the trial length is shown on its card above. A workspace gets one trial, and you can cancel from the billing screen before it ends. We email the account admin three days before a trial ends, or at the start of the trial when the trial is shorter than that.

We retry the card and email the account admin rather than cutting you off on the first failure. The workspace stays live for twenty-one days past due while we retry, which is your window to fix the card from the billing portal. After that the workspace is suspended.

No. Cancellation is self-service from the billing screen, it takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. A one-off event pass cannot be cancelled, because it expires on its own at the end of its validity.

Yes, and without asking us. An account admin can export the whole workspace as JSON with CSV mirrors, with photos included if you want them. After a workspace is closed the export stays available for thirty days. At the end of that window the accounts, the reporter details on incidents and the comment text are anonymised, and the photos are deleted.
