Frequently asked questions

How does billing work?

Subscription tiers are billed quarterly to match UK event seasons. The Event Pass is a one-off charge that covers 30 consecutive days, ideal for a single festival or fixture.

Can we upgrade our tier mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and any difference is pro-rated onto your next quarterly invoice. There is no long-term lock-in.

How do extra seats and sites work?

Each tier includes a set number of controllers, responders, and sites. Need more? Add them as monthly add-ons that sit on top of your subscription until you remove them.

What is the difference between a controller and a responder?

Controllers are control-room seats (company admins and controllers running triage and dispatch). Responders are contractor seats on the mobile app that receive and resolve jobs.

Is my data secure and UK GDPR compliant?

Yes. Data is hosted in the AWS London region (eu-west-2) with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We are fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What is the notice period for cancellation?

We require 30 days notice before the end of your current quarterly billing cycle. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Do you support offline reporting?

The mobile app features a local store mode that syncs once connectivity is restored, essential for high-density crowds where 4G or 5G can fail.

Not sure which tier fits your operation?

Our specialists can help you size the seats and sites you need for your specific event risk profile.
